Megan Smith is an associate attorney with Avodah, where she represents individuals and businesses in labor and employment matters, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination. She advises clients through administrative proceedings, pre-litigation strategy, and litigation in state and federal courts.

Megan earned her law degree from Regent University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Team and developed a strong foundation in appellate advocacy and persuasive legal writing. She lives in Chesapeake, Virginia, and outside of her practice enjoys spending time with her Shetland Sheepdog, Bentley.
