Justin began his legal career at McGuireWoods, where he practiced in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, restructurings, and commercial contracts. In 2019 he began his own law practice which has evolved into Avodah Legal. He earned his undergraduate degree in English literature from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
In addition to his legal practice, Justin is the author of numerous books and a frequently sought-after speaker on habits, mental health, and wellness in the legal profession. He is married to his wife, Lauren, and they have four sons.
