Danielle is an associate on the firm’s transactional practice team, where she advises companies on corporate formation, governance, and complex commercial transactions, and serves as outside counsel to businesses. She works closely with executives, founders, and stakeholder groups to structure deals, negotiate and draft commercial agreements, and navigate compliance with federal contracting regulations.

Prior to law, Danielle played Division I lacrosse at the University of Delaware and worked for a Major League Baseball team. She earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor, Notes & Comments Editor, and Co-Articles Editor the law journal and was as a Student Member and Administrator for the James Kent American Inn of Court. She received the Honorable Richard B. Kellam Professionalism Award, presented to the graduating student who demonstrated outstanding professionalism, character, and promise of legal excellence.
Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and their Bernese Mountain Dog.
